Klondike Gold Corp ab sofort in Frankfurt notiert

Vancouver, British Columbia, Kanada: Klondike Gold Corp. (TSX.V:KG) (“Klondike Gold” oder “die Gesellschaft”) (TSX Venture: KG) 25. April 2016 freut sich bekannt geben zu können, das die Aktien der Gesellschaft ab heute, Montag dem 25. April 2016 an der Frankfurter Wertpapier Börse unter dem Symbol LBDP (ISIN CA4989033010) gehandelt werden.

Klondike Gold verfügt über ca. 25.000 Hektar an „Hard Rock“ und 2.000 Hektar „Placer Mining“ Projekten in der Umgebung von Dawson City (Yukon, British Columbia, Kanada). Teil der “Placer Mining” Projekte ist das “McKinnon Creek“ Vorkommen, welches an Todd Hoffman/Jerusalem Mining LLC verleast ist und durch die Discovery Channel Serie „Gold Rush“ (weltweit über 300mio Zuschauer, deutschsprachig auf D-MAX zu sehen) bekannt wurde.

Klondike Gold hat Anfang April ein Private Placement erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügt aktuell über eine komfortable und deutlich über eine „Drilling Season“ hinausreichende Liquiditätsreserve.

Goldprojekte im Yukon im Allgemeinen und Klondike Gold im speziellen erfreuen sich großem Interesse im deutschsprachigen Europa, mit der Notierung in Frankfurt trägt das Unternehmen daher der bereits jetzt hohen Anzahl Europäischer Investoren Rechnung und möchte deren Anteil am Unternehmen zukünftig weiter ausbauen – Finanzierungsrunden sind im Zusammenhang mit dem Listing aktuell nicht geplant. 

Klondike Gold wird vor diesem Hintergrund seinen Deutschsprachigen Investor Relations Service ausbauen und das Management wird Investoren in Europa zukünftig persönlich und regelmäßig zur Verfügung stehen.
