Q3 FY26 Operational Highlights

-          40th consecutive quarter of growth in subscriptions and data licensing revenues on a prior corresponding year basis

-          190-year print archive digitisation on track — feedstock for the AI-enabled intelligence layer

-          Data & Intelligence build progressing to plan:

o        Mining-IQ live with World Risk Analytics

o        Rio Tinto enterprise data contract (~$550k) in delivery

o        Dedicated D&I operating and leadership team in place

o        Data foundations complete; product betas targeted CY26

o        Initial Data & Intelligence customer revenue expected CY27

-          Solid growth of Future of Mining event in Perth. Largest delegation to date including 1,200 senior mining company executive attendees = 75% growth on same event last year

Self-funded data strategy

Capital continues to be recycled from the established subscriptions engine to fund the Data & Intelligence build. Subscriptions & Data Licensing represent 68% of revenue in HY26; the FY27 revised guidance path is fundable from operating cashflow.

Enterprise pipeline expanding near-term TAM

Two enterprise contracts (~$1.5m combined) that shifted timing at the June update are still expected to close. Additional enterprise and large-subscription opportunities are in active commercial discussion; conversion represents material upside to the revised H2 FY27 guidance.

Nexus pipeline driving non-subscriptions revenue growth

Non-subscriptions revenue up 73% year-on-year to $1.9m, led in Q3 by Events revenue. Future of Mining event in Perth moving from Q4 last year to Q3 this year. Advertising maintained its return to growth for the first time in over a decade. Nexus wins expected to remain cash-flow accretive given the campaign-driven nature of the revenue.

Optionality from non-core assets

The Company retains a liquid investment in Taiko Critical Minerals Limited (NZX:TCM), which continues to provide financing optionality should the Board elect to accelerate the Data & Intelligence build. Balance sheet remains debt-free.

Outlook

With normalised EBITDA breakeven achieved in Q3, the resized cost base delivering, and enterprise and Nexus pipelines building, the Board expects the Company to reach sustainable operating cash generation in H2 FY27 — consistent with the revised guidance communicated on 22nd June 2026 UK/Europe investor update. Nexus and Enterprise Agreement pipelines represent material upside.

UK capital markets

As Aspermont establishes itself as a data and intelligence business, the Board is monitoring rising UK investor interest and the favourable peer-group comparison available in that market. A UK market listing is among the options the Board is keeping under review. No decision has been made, and any such step would be subject to market conditions and the interests of shareholders as a whole.
