Multiple NIKKI Initiatives Scheduled to Launch Beginning in September

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, September 10, 2026 – Frequency Exchange Corp. (TSXV: FREQ | OTC: FRECF | FSE: YC6) (“Frequency Exchange” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide an update on the continued commercialization of NIKKI, the Company’s wearable frequency-based wellness platform.

September marks the beginning of what the Company believes will be its most active commercialization period to date.

From September through mid-October, Frequency Exchange expects NIKKI to move into the market across several fronts:

  • U.S. Practitioner Launch: Access to more than 7,000 practitioner clinics, creating a significant new channel for NIKKI.
  • United Arab Emirates: Advancing the Company’s commercial activities and building NIKKI’s presence in the UAE.
  • Best Buy Marketplace Online Store, Phase One: Preparing for the initial online launch of NIKKI through Best Buy Marketplace, representing the first phase of the Company’s retail commercialization strategy and an important step toward broader consumer access.
  • Superhuman 2: REBIRTH: NIKKI will be featured in Superhuman 2: REBIRTH, providing international exposure for the technology and platform.
  • Three Wellness Events: Direct exposure to consumers, wellness leaders and potential strategic partners.
  • Three Los Angeles Premieres: Superhuman 2 premieres are planned in Los Angeles during the first two weeks of October 2026.
  • Dallas Investor Event: An opportunity to introduce Frequency Exchange Corp. and the NIKKI commercialization story directly to a broader investment audience.

“Over the past several months, we have been putting the pieces in place for commercialization. Beginning in September, those pieces start moving into the market,” said Stephen Davis, CEO of Frequency Exchange Corp. “This is no longer simply about preparing NIKKI for commercialization. Commercialization is beginning.”

Financing Update

The Company is currently completing a C$2 million financing at C$0.25 per share, with each share accompanied by one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant is exercisable at C$0.40 per share for a period of one year, subject to the terms of the financing and applicable regulatory approvals.

The Company began actively raising the financing and has price protection for 30 days. We have now exceeded commitments over C$700,000.

“With multiple initiatives scheduled to begin launching in September and market activity building through the Christmas season, we believe this financing comes at an important stage in Frequency Exchange’s development,” added Davis. “Our focus is execution, inventory, distribution, consumer awareness and supporting the opportunities now in front of us.”
