The company’s Swiss lawyers have meet with the Swiss auditors to clarify minor issues and expect signed accounts to be presented within 24 hours. The Swiss accounts are a mirror reflection of the Australian Audited accounts with the exception of the costs associated with maintaining a Swiss publicly listed company.

The offer by ALF Finance and Investments Pty Ltd will be published on the company’s web site this weekend and will be sent to all shareholders via there bank next week.
Your Board has recommended the offer which results in an exchange for either 5 AG11 shares for payment of Euro 20c and 1 ALF Finance and Investment, Share (The Australian Daughter Company proceeding to list on the Australian stock exchange) or 3 AG11 shares for 1 ALF Finance and investment share which will list on the Australian Stock exchange for $1-00
Whilst your directors see that world markets are being sold down very stronglyAG11 which has posted 2010 profits now of in excess of 6m CHF , which has a NTA of in excess of 100m CHF and a market cap of less than 2m CHF .
It is therefore far better that the company’s business be held in a country and on a stock exchange and in a market that will better value the stock.
This proposal represents at least 19c Euro per share value for shareholders and provides shareholders with a share listed on the Australian Stock exchange the regulations and compliance obligations make this share comparable to the prime standard
