We provide in this release a copy of the invitation to the AGM .
The annual report is currently being signed of by the company lawyers and the board. the English version will be published on the company’s web site as soon as final release has achieved .
The audited Swiss accounts are included in the Annual report
The takeover offer for the shares in ALF is under review from the companies lawyers.
We expect final version for distribution to shareholders banks within the next few days.
There have been no changes to the takeover offer.
