ALF GROUP HOLDINGS AG - Investor Update – Letter to the Shareholders
Zurich, 22nd June 2011 – The directors of ALF Group Holding AG (ALF) have provided an investor update to deal with misinformation in various newsletters. It is now available on the company website www.alfgroupag.com for download.
ALF wishes to confirm investors who applied for the early transfer of bonus shares should have received an email request for an update transfer details including name, bank account, IBAN, swift code etc .
All shareholders who have presently supplied these details have now had the transfer request commenced from ALFs bankers.
Consistent with our AGM update ALF expects to receive Australian financials in draft format from our Australian auditors this Friday. The board will review and accept as quickly as possible. Thereafter the audited accounts will be published on the company web site and the Swiss accounts should follow shortly thereafter.
Based on the 2010 accounts the company EBIT (earnings before interest and tax) is in a range of 6m to 7.5m CHF.
