Crowd Mobile: Track Acquisition Update

Crowd Mobile - 19 August 2015 - (ASX: CM8 & FWB:XETRA: CM3) is currently reviewing and negotiating various Term Sheets for Funding of the Track Acquisition.

Crowd Mobile has also completed Financial and Legal Due Diligence on Track and expects that the Share Purchase Agreement will be executed shortly.
