Sydney, Australia – 24 September 2026: Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX: VR1, OTC: VCTNY, FRA: S1X) (“Vection” or “the Company”), a global immersive AI/XR SaaS company, is pleased to announce that it has signed reciprocal, non-exclusive Master Reseller Agreements with Xerox.

The companies intend to initially focus on selected opportunities, with potential engagements evaluated and developed. Under the agreements, Vection’s engagement technologies may complement Xerox workflow and automation capabilities, with the potential to support more intelligent, interactive, and personalized digital experiences.

The commercial relationship between Vection and Xerox rests on two separate, mirrored Master Reseller Agreements: This reciprocal structure means each company holds contractual reseller rights over the other’s product range, rather than Vection serving solely as a supplier positioned through the Xerox channel.

A modular, AI-driven commercial framework

Under the agreements, the companies may explore opportunities to bring together Xerox enterprise content, workflow, and Digital Services capabilities with Vection engagement technologies, including the Algho conversational AI platform, AI avatars, and kiosks. Depending on the specific opportunity and client requirements, these capabilities could support use cases across customer experience, content and knowledge management, retail execution, personalization, service operations, and AI governance and control, helping organizations transform information into intelligent workflows and digital experiences.

The companies will collaborate through their respective sales, presales, and solution architecture teams to identify and develop appropriate opportunities, while respecting existing client relationships and agreed commercial responsibilities.

Vection’s commercial development plan

Vection intends to develop the opportunity progressively, beginning in Western Europe as positioning and delivery are validated. Vection will assess any extension beyond these markets based on qualified opportunities and on terms agreed between the parties on an opportunity-by-opportunity basis.
